Dishonest. They damaged my oil pan, did not tell me and refused to pay for the needed repairs. Stay clear of this shop

Couldn't do it right back twice in same week for alignment 7/3/2012

Got two new tires and alignment, had to return in 2 days, wheel shaking, vibrating, loud tire noise, car pulling to left. Now back in for another hour and a half appointment to fix it. Poor service, poor work and lots of wasted time for the simplest of maintenance! more

Amazing service. 4/20/2012

I called late in the morning to see if I could come in and get one quick thing done. John said "come on in". John not only took care of my original issue, but answered many other questions about the cars performance. He changed windshield wipers, air-filters, checked air in tires and many more things I had forgotten to mention but that were obvious to him; all the while I sat drinking the water he offered on their comfy couches. I could not be more grateful for his foresight and expediency in taking care of me and my car. Price couldn't have been more reasonable. Thanks, John more

Trust 4/11/2012

I take my car to the Agoura location. We thought we would try them after receiving their coupon. I now bring all my cars to them and would not think of going anywhere else. I feel they don't push you towards unnecessary services and they give an honest assessment of the problem. Prices are reasonable as well. more

Highly recommended 3/27/2012

I've been a regular at Calabasas Car Care for at least 7 years now and everytime I've gone back, they were always very helpful. My car always came out great and I hardly had to go back. They always tried to give me the best deal and they were very nice people all over. more

Calabasas Car Care treats you like family. I can trust them to tell me what really needs to be done and to fix the problem. If your dealer gives you bad news, come here first before you believe it! 3/22/2012

Yesterday, brought my car in because one of the tires had a slow leak problem. Feared for the worst. They took a look, fixed the leak and sent me on my way in a half hour!! In the past when I have needed a tire replaced, they gave me choices and advice, as it was a leased car. I trust them completely and have sent family here as well. Once, my VW dealer told me my brakes needed replacing. I brought it to these guys and they said my brakes still had about 30K miles on them! They are the best!!! more

I have been coming here since i got my first car 13 years ago. These guys are the best! After moving to the westside with many choices of shops to go to, I trust them with my car over any other company. Being a girl it is easy to get taken advantage of with car maintenance. They are the most honest and open hearted guys around. Trust them , they will take good care of you and your car! more

Calabasas Car Care is very accommodating and they get to my problems quickly. I don't need to make an appointment and they are always very helpful. Their lobby is extremely comfortable and I don't feel intimidated at all. They are very thorough in explaining everything to me and they make me want to recommend them to everyone. more

I went to Calabasas Car Care for a routine tire issue. I was very impressed at how friendly the team was and how they were honest. You won't get the feeling that they are trying to take advantage of you. more

Service. Competency. Efficiency. 12/15/2011

I have been a customer of Calabasas Car Care for at least ten years. I currently have five cars (I know ... lucky me). I only take my cars to these guys. I would rather hang myself from the highest branch of a old oak tree than take one of my cars elsewhere. No, I am not related to anyone at this facility. I'm just a guy who appreciates the kind of outstanding service, personal attention and competent technicians that can be found here. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. more

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Calabasas Car Care for eleven years. Everyone who works there is very friendly and personable, they always greet us by name. They are simply an honest, reputable company. Calabasas Car Care does good work, and it's not too expensive. I always feel like my car is in good hands when I leave it with them. Great Service All Around 8/18/2011

I worked directly with John, one of the managers at this great location. Never before have I experienced such a high level of quality customer service in the car care industry. John and his team were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and meticulous about my getting the best work done on my car at the best price possible. I am definitely going to be returning here and would recommend it to any friend or family member living in the area. Thanks guys! more

Calabasas Car Care has always been real good with us. Every time I have ever been there they have been real attentive and very knowledgeable of everything. If something is not right, they make it right. I've been working with them on and off for years. I used to work in the area back in the area way back in the 90's. The guys I used to work with shut their business down, and Calabasas Car Care was so close to where I worked so I thought I would take it there. I would take the car in, and they would drop me off at work. They have done stuff with me every time since, and they have done a good job. They are very polite, and very knowledgeable. I have recommended Calabasas Car Care several times. Now my husband goes over there too. I always recommended people when I was in their area, and I always will. C. Artz more

Great place to take your car!! 6/27/2011

I finally found a place I trust with my car!! I no longer live in Calabasas, but it is well worth the drive. I don't sense any dishonesty with repairs they recommend, as I sensed in the past from previous mechanic shops. There customer service is awesome! Especially Matt, his customer service is definitely the reason why Im a returning customer! Theres water, coffee, a comfortable couch and TV, places close by to hang out if you need to wait longer for your car. Its the best mechanic shop I've ever been to! ;-)) more

Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. 6/27/2011

I've recommended Calabasas Car Care so many times over the years, and every time I send someone there, they always end up going back to them and I've never heard a negative comment! The guys there are fabulous. They are very friendly and honest. There have been times where I thought I needed something done and asked them and they told me that it wasn't necessary. I honestly wouldn't have known the difference and appreciate their total honesty. Plus, I think their prices are terrific. They are lower then anyone else around! A few years back, I went through some really hard times, and the guys at Calabasas were so sweet and really took good care of me. They would take me to work and bring me home, it was so convenient and really great service. Also, they are knowledgeable and professional and always do a great job! more

Better than new tires 6/8/2011

When I bought my Cadillac Escalade, they didn't have the tires properly balanced so they wore out the tread. I got the same tires but on by these guys and they took extra care to balance them perfectly. I am amazed at how smooth my ride is now. Thanks! more

Summary: Great workmanship. Fair and prompt. They're real people.\r \r Review: I have recommended Calabasas Car Care bunches of times. I love these guys! They have done a great job for me for many years.\r \r We've got about four cars, and we've been taking all of them to Calabasas Car Care ever since they moved in to our neighborhood. They have done a great job keeping my cars running.\r \r Two of my cars have over 275,000 miles on them and are still running really well, and neither of them are long mileage cars, either !\r \r One is a Chrysler Sebring Convertible, and the other is a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and neither are known for longevity.\r \r I don't often give praise, but these guys are good.\r \r David Bowman. more
