I'm the gm at 1 of these hotels, we offer discounts for employees, my 2 assistants went out of town, stopping Baton Rouge at Sleep Inn, faxed an employee authorication, No problems Excellent Service everything went smoothly, Next in Deer Park, Texas, Comfort Suites... they comped the beautiful room, cool pool (hot tub shaped like Texas) Lastly Clarion! I had reservation & email confirmation so it was in writing, they didn't honor it...asking for a discount card I had already faxed to them... I spoke with the gm, she wants the original card... we agreed to charge the regular rate and I mail her a card and she would credit us..Its been 1 month... 12 calls and "she hasn't had time to credit Clarion gave them the out of service room, Tub did not drain, sofa missing cushions, 1 sheet on the bed... no blanket or comforter...No Remote..
