The worst customer service/careless dealership on planet earth. On March 5,2013 I made the most regrettable decision of my life. I decided to buy a Hyundai car and with decided to buy from Brown Manassas. I will never forget this day for rest of life. My purchase 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited Edition. I been going nightmare since I brought that car from Brown Manassas Hyundai. Since that Brown Manassas Hyundai dear ship caused me emotion stress ruined up my personal and professional life. Not even two weeks after buying this the car roof start leaking I was so mad that they sold me defected vehicle . I set the appointment with them and I took that car back to the dealership. When I went back to dealership the same people who sold me the car completely ignored me the whole time. I asks to speak to the GM and they told GM is not available at this time. I waited about 1 1/2 before GM shows up. I explained about my situation how they told me defected vehicle and they need replace it with new vehicle. He completely refused to accept the responsibility and rather offer me replace roof liner which cased the roof leakages. I believed on him only to betrayed after three weeks wait. They set up my appointment for future date, but neither offer me loner or offer any compensation. They made drive a car which had roof leakages for more than a months. As schedule I setup a time on promise to show up at dealership to face a another nightmare that due to the inclement weather their building roof claps. I understand we don't have control over nature, but as professional organization they have have responsibility to informs their. I show up to find out that my part has been damages under roof and they order a new one which take another 3 weeks. Once again no apology was offer or offer me loner which drive defected car more 2 months. Due the lack of communication and completely careless customer service it. I contacted Hyundai Corporation and explained them about situation . They promise to help by opening up a case and following with dealership. After going back and forth Between Brown Manassas Hyundai and Hyundai Corporation they decided to move me to Fairfax Hyundai which about 30 miles extra drive from house. It took literally 6 months going back and forth between 2 dealership plus Hyundai Corporation fix this issue. Even until today Brown Manassas Hyundai yet to accept the responsibility or offer me any compensation. But I was in for surprise sooner after this issue got this glovebox paint start coming off and Moonroof start leaking. It took another 2 months to fix this issues. As I was about relax my 2013 Hyundai Sonata which I brought less 4 months from Brown Manassas Hyundai brand new tires which has less 8000 miles start making noise. I had 10 warranty from Hyundai on tires but when I took back to Brown Manassas Hyundai they refused to help and rather told warranty is for normal ware and tear. I show the paper which they gave at time of purchase but nothing happen. I went back to Dealership over and over again. Even as of today I'm still waiting for help. I brought a this car to give a new brand plus the dealership chance. But they ruined up my personal and Professional by selling me a defected vehicle. The vehicle which they sold me should have been tested before selling to the customer. Since than Brown a Manassas Hyundai caused me drive 2013 Hyundai Sonata with following Roof liner leakage , Glovebox Paint, Moonroof leakage and useless tires. Plus several days off from professional work. As of today March10, 2014 I'm still waiting for help neither Brown Manassas Hyundai or Hyundai offer me anything to make up for their mistakes. \r
If anyone reading this please avoid this plague by buying car from this dealership and saving yourself and love once from the nightmares.
