Portland resident since 1978. First time I asked them to fix A/C of my SUV with 85K miles. Paid $800 plus. 10days later, A/C failed. They fixed it and charge another $200 plus (they said no charge on their labor). A/C failed the same day. They fixed for no charge. Less than 2 months and less than a few hours of usage, A/C failed again. They tried to charge me another $1,400 to fix it. No more, please. I asked them to refund the money I paid so far, no response fow over 2 weeks. Only offered me to meet them so they would educate me how the A/C works. Took them to small claim court, but I failed to probe they had fixed wrong nor their work(s) causeed the A/C broke down(s). They warranty their work, but only for the perticular job they did. Maybe good transmission works they do, but not the A/C at least in my case.
