I called regarding a product I wanted to check if they had in stock. When I asked if they had it the sales associate got nasty and yelled at the phone ""NO"", when I asked if they were getting it in stock she said ""Umm NO"".\r
I was about to ask if they could special order one for me when the associate said ""I'm busy, I'm with a customer, can you call back in 15 minutes?""\r
I called back to speak to the manager...only to find out that the woman who answered the phone WAS the owner. \r
I've never been treated so poorly. I won't be going back there and I won't be giving them any of my business. I got her on the phone and asked if she was the woman whom I had just spoken to, she started laughing and said that if I had a problem I didn't have to go back to her store!\r
I said to her ""I'm glad that in this economy you can afford to treat your customer's like this"" \r
I can not believe that someone would treat a client like that! Needless to say I won't be going back there.
