Very, very pushy. Passive aggressive customer service. Simply put: ""Chill out!""\r
Some customers know what they want already. They're busy. They want quick and effective service. They're not getting paid while you're getting paid. They want to get in and get out. Here, this seems to be a difficult concept to grasp. \r
I've been driving and renting cars for a decade. I don't need a paradoxical explanation of what insurance is. I don't need to pay an extra $40/day. I don't need you to tell me, ""I'm very concerned about you."" That's just not a good start.\r
I'm the type of guy that goes with the basic service. I don't want cruise control for an extra $14/day. It's boring. But then again, I don't need to explain this. And I really don't need to explain it twice.\r
This place has an air of resentment. Not professionalism. Just get me outa here.
