Recently we rented a vehicle through enterprise, because ours had been in a wreck. The insurance Company was supposed to be taking care of all the expenses. Well We went to rent a vehicle, filled out some paper work, and a man showed us to the vehicle. He wrote down the millage and told us to walk around and look for damages, we didn't see any damages. Got into the vehicle drove it home where it sat for about 5 days as we did not need to use it, but thought we'd take advantage if need be. Took it back, lady got into it started it, didn't even look at the vehicle went back inside and said the wind shield was scratched. The previous man that rented it to us didn't tell us to look inside the vehicle, and from the outside the scratch was so small it couldn't be noticed unless you stand on the hood and press your nose on the glass. We were never offered protection on the vehicle, a proper inspection of the vehicle, and not even an overview of the contract. They seemed to have known about the scratch and were waiting to rent it out to someone who wasn't knowledgeable on the car renting procedures. So we were charged a $500 deductible... Ridiculous.. I would never rent from a enterprise again and would encourage if you are going to rent from enterprise you don't go to the one in Hinesville.
