Pardners Plumbing & Heating

We have used Pardners Plumbing many times and been very happy with their service. They do great work and are wonderful to work with. I appreciate a well run family business and have recommended them to many people. more

I'm not sure where the few negative comments here have come from but my experience with Pardners has been fantastic. Like one of the previous posters I was put in contact with Pardners via a Home Warranty company in 2009 and have not used another plumber since. They are always kind, courteous, and very competitively priced. Unfortunately my home is 30 years old and I don't think any of the plumbing has been touched in that 30 years. They have solved my plumbing problems at least a dozen times over the past three years. I have never had to have them come out to fix a problem they had previously dealt with. Their work is solid and clean. I highly recommend these folks for any of your plumbing needs. more

Terrible, terrible service. The plumber who came out tried to sell me a new sink faucet, when all it needed was to be tightened. He also aggressively pushed other work, telling me my house would flood without it. It was a horrible experience. more

I have never experienced such poor customer service...the plumber job was fine however he installed the pipe where my drawers go under the sink. I called back to have them come and fix and the guy that took the call was a jerk. Insulted me and was very rude. more

I have used this company several times and was always satisfied. I was referred to them by a home warrenty company and when the man came from Pardners he tried to give me a personal bid and was telling me I shouldn't go through my home warrenty company and just use them so I would receive better service. Then we set up an appt. for them to come out a second time after they did not fix the problem the first time and they just did a ""no show."" The next day we rescheduled and I called to ask a question about billing to their receptionist and she became very defensive and refused service. She also insulted me over the phone. I will NEVER use them again. Pros: You can call another place to fix what they wont Cons: Horrible service, rude and unknowledgable, hard to work with more

I called all over town, but everyone was busy, when I called Pardners Plumbing they were in the same boat. I explained my situation to them and they created time to come over and look at the problem. This in it self gave me comfort, when Tim arrived he had it fixed in under an hour and walked me through everything he was doing. They were great to work with. Pros: Have a great knowledge of plumbing Cons: I can't think of any more
