I just stopped in for an estimate this morning, I was told that I had to have an appointment. The lady in the office was cold, rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could wait until their appraiser was done and have him look at the car. I was told that they schedule an hour for an estimate and unless there was a no show, I was out of luck. How do these clowns stay in business? They p*ssed me off before even working on my car, they won't ever get that chance. I was referred by Progressive Insurance. Poor reflection on them too.
