Best

Now that Normal is gone it is much nicer around there. And now that Jason is in charge it is finally getting busier since the owners dont know what they are doing.

I have found Raskals to be just a meat market. No bands, no class, no real people. How can you even be rated as a dance club when you're to cheap to hire live music? There shou...

The worst night ever 4/29/2003

Raskals is not what it use to be. Ladies remember the Men of Crush well their still around but right after that are the non classy girls with nothing but pasties and thongs. I would understand on maybe another night when its not girls night out like the days the schedule says but they didnt care about the crowd they had in there on Tuesday. If I wanted to go to a strip club I would of gone to Southern. I was out on a girls night out to see some men which are only located at Raskals which Raskals has always been known for. When you guys decide to bring back the people who got the club started and kept it going which is the ladies and treat them with respect and have the men of crush only on tuesday and friday, maybe I will think about returning. Pros: Food, Service, Clean Bathrooms Cons: The girl stippers, "New Management", Non Classy more

PLASTIC 12/28/2002

I have found Raskals to be just a meat market. No bands, no class, no real people. How can you even be rated as a dance club when you're to cheap to hire live music? There should be plenty of money here due to their weak expensive drinks. Cons: sleazy, overpriced, no band more

Editorial
  • The Scene
Strangely deceptive in its little space on the fringe of Murray, Raskals has been a Utah mainstay for nearly 15 years. Its combination of evening-oriented entertainment, theme nights (yes, there are strip-club-style dancers, even at lunch) and special events (ladies' nights, live entertainment) make it a South Valley favorite.

    The Draw
Raskals' long bar and dark, hidden tables make it a place to go to see and not be seen. The throbbing lights (and other attractions) of the main dance floor give the place a true nightclub feeling, but an order or two off the fairly diverse bar menu (with generous portions, all in the $10 range) truly make it a club for all tastes. Lunches are great--try the "Private Club" sandwich, chicken salad or spicy buffalo wings. At night, sports TV, cigar-friendly tables and an impressive menu of wines and liquors round out the Raskals experience.
