My colleagues and I have eaten here several times. We always expect poor service but we like the kabobs and rice so we continue to go back. We have continued to eat there about once a month for the past 3 years with the same expectation, good kabobs but horrible service. After our most recent experience this pattern of accepting subpar service in exchange for food we like has ended. We will no longer visit Wasatch Broiler. Our waitress was beyond rude throughout the entire meal. Then it came time for our check. She hadn?t separated the check as we had asked when she took our orders. Due to the length of time it took us to get our food, several of us were pushing it to get back for meetings. Due to her attitude during the meal (and not wanting to wait for her to separate them) we asked her to just split the total bill 5 ways and charge each card. You would have thought we asked her to pull out her abacus and calculate the GNP of Greece. She went off about how much time it would take and when they are busy like now (there were 4 tables occupied) it would take her a while to do it and we would just have to wait. My boss had her put the whole check on her card and we left. Never to return again.
