I don't know what the other reviewers problem is with Velocity or its website, but I have never had any problems with the website or the, heaven forfend, ""Actual People That Work There"", you know, when you leave your house and go to a place to do business? When you, like need a loan or something that requires them to verify that you are in fact, a real person, and not some malware program or even just... someone other than you.
Customer service has always been great, both in person at the Braker Lane and Downtown branch, and when I have called customer service with questions about the website.
Bonus for me is that they're (a) not a bank (b) very supportive of the local glbto community. I have been a very happy customer for longer than they have been named ""Velocity Credit Union"".
