I have been a member of Tanco for almost 5 years now. I have never had a bad experience in all of my time there. Yes, the staff has stopped me on MORE than one occasion to tell me of ""specials"" they are having and the times that I have told them that I was not interested; it has been left at that. It?s not that hard to say NO THANK YOU, and that?s what I have done and have never had a problem. I don?t understand the negative remarks about a company that tells you about special promotions to save you money on your tanning membership? If you are the one that has a problem saying NO, that is not the company?s fault? All in all, Tanco is a great place. They have many locations, friendly and helpful staff at all of the locations I have visited, and the prices that I have paid for the memberships I have purchased have by far been cheaper than the ""monthly"" payment that other places charge! AND I even had a problem one month with making a payment, and called the corporate office, and the girl I spoke with was so helpful, she moved my payment to the end of my payments for me! I didn?t even have to pay a payment for that month! Try to get any other place to do that for you! I highly recommend Tanco, and anyone who doesn?t like the ""long term contract"" can just say NO, but doesn?t have to bad mouth a company that is just trying to provide a service.
