I have used them for several years now. This current time - due to a misunderstanding - my commercial coverage has lapsed. With all of the fires, etc. My heart has skilled a beat. I got ahold of Bluebonnet and my issues were taken care of quickly by Joy. I have enjoyed working with Deanna up there also. At times, but seldom, I do talk to Peggy one of the owners. Over the past years they have given me outstanding service ... and very competitive rates. They can use my name for a referal anytime they want to. I have nothing bad to say about them. Today as I called to address my policy is lapse ... it was addressed immediately.

Last week I called the office and had been advised that my ins. policy was all straight - WRONG !! On Saturday I got the policy AND What was to be cancelled was in force -- and my BUILDING AND CONTENTS coverage that was to be put in force IS IN LAPSE!!! I have written to them via email ... and will update when I have successfully gotten the ins. I asked for and the one I wanted to cancel is back in force. This is not funny as I am sitting on a building with literally 250 th. of equipment ... and the building itself NOT INSURED. I did not have problems in the past - but now it seems I am getting bad results all the time. I HOPE that one of the 2 owners get back to me tomorrow AM ... or I will be calling the ins. board. This error is not funny ... it is
