I reserved an Excursion limo 10seater 2 weeks in advance for as part of my husbands surprise Birthday. I was called to confirm all the information on pick-up time and address as well as drop off that day, July 14, 2007, I specifically confirmed that the limo would be an excursion and everything had been correct.\r
The limo arrives late and not only that but the limo I reserved 2 weeks in advance did not show up.\r
Instead we were transported by this old lincoln, what looked like, a town car limo, DIRTY, OLD OLD, cracks in the leather seats, scratches on the outside, poor A/C, canisters inside were not properly installed and were coming out, and instead of glasses we were given little plastic cups for our ""mini bar"", I had to call 2 other people that were invited in the limo ride and tell them they weren't able to fit because the limo seated less than what I originally reserved, and the brakes were grinding every time we slowed down or went to a stop. There was also a TV in there that did not work. The limo was totally runned down. To top it off when I called ""ROD"" who was back at the office to tell him the wrong limo was sent he replied very unprofessionally with ""Well thats not my fault, you can either take it or leave it."" The guy had no explantion as to why the wrong limo was sent and we got no apology. So w/ no other choice we took the ride and were still charged for all the half customer service we were provided. Here is some advice for your so called limo service you run, if you going to treat and give your customers half service and quality lower you prices in half so that the quality of your services are met with the price. Overall this almost ruined my husbands birthday. If you are looking for a professional, clean, good quality limo service I would absolutely never ever recommend this company. This is THE WORST LIMOUSINE CO. any one could choose. They don't deserve 1/4 of a star, they should be shut down and done away with.\r
