Absolutely Horrible Experience. First of all, when I made the appointment with Dr. Butler to schedule a check up for my Asthma, he did NOT explain that this office specializes in Acupuncture. He explained that he has a physician that is in his office on Tuesday's every week and he will see me so that I may get a check up and get refills on prescriptions. I went into the office to see this doctor who didn't even listen to my breathing, go over allergies, history, etc. After he wrote out a prescription, Dr. Butler wants to ""meet"" with me to discuss the option of acupuncture. After about 20 minutes of him running around the office yelling at his staff about random things they should be doing or things they should have, I decided this may not be for me. He had his receptionist schedule an appointment for me for the following Tuesday. I called the next day after talking it over with my husband and cancelled the appointment to find a different doctor. I then see a charge for $50.00 the week after my what would be appointment with Dr. Butler for a ""Consultation"". After I called to explain to the receptionist that I called to cancel it she said Dr. Butler would have to call me back. My husband then called the doctor to explain, I was at work but we needed to settle this. He argued with my husband that he checked his records and I did not call to cancel and that if I wanted my money refunded I would have to show proof. So NOW after many phone conversations with my carrier, I have to go down there with my paperwork in order to get reimbursed the money that should NEVER have been taken out in the first place. They have NO organization and I will advise everyone to steer clear of anything to do with them.
