Russell Terri Anne MD

Dr. Russell has been our pediatrician of choice for over 8 years. Both of my children love her, and as a mother, I love her, too. She's down to earth, efficient, very friendly and conversational, and has always been up-to-date with the latest medical news regarding my sons' conditions. I breastfed both my children when they were babies, and Dr. Russell was very supportive. She recommended breastfeeding as long as it was working for us, but only until age 1. This was fine with me, as I am not an advocate of breastfeeding toddlers. Dr. Russell's office staff has always been expectionally friendly and accomodating. From time to time over the years, we have had to endure quite a wait to see the doctor, but once she makes her appearance, she takes her time and never rushes us out the door the way so many physicians do these days. I would strongly recommend her to any one seeking an experienced, friendly pediatrician who puts the health of the children above all else. In fact, I have recommended her to many friends with children. Dr. Russell has been my son's doctor for 7 years. He loves her dearly and looks forward to his appts. I think that it's absurd to say that she doesn't support breastfeeding. I did not have this experience at all. Wait times are usually short and office staff is great. I fully recommend her! Pros: Friendly doctor and staff, Great location Cons: n/a more

This doctor does not support breastfeeding, does not support extended breastfeeding. Beliefs include: babywise, holding babies off from nursing and feedings in general- especially newborns. \r \r Long wait in the office- at least an hour each time- sometimes longer. \r \r Office staff is very nice but unfortunately, they are not the one who you need to see.\r \r I would not recommend this doctor. \r \r Pros: Nice office staff, great location Cons: long wait time, not supportive of breastfeeding and listening to your baby. more

I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Russell for 11 years...I have 4 children that go to her and they have never feared of going to her...The kids are always been seen in a timely manner, and they get a complete check up...I highly recommend her which I have recommend her to both of my sisters, which who are just as pleased as I am. Pros: bedside manners, professional yet personal, kids love her Cons: none to mention more
