Horrible! 4/11/2007

Anybody that has eaten at Bill Miller's in San Antonio knows how incredible Bill Miller's really is. If you have never eaten at a Bill Miller's before, don't write them all off because of this place. The service is ridiculousy bad. The people that work there are soooo rude, I have had nothing but horrible experiences there. I refuse to ever go to this BIll Miller's again. The food is lousy lousy lousy and the tea tastes just like water. The last time (and that would be the very last time too) I went there, we went through the drive through. There was still a good three hours before the closed, too, keep that in mind. When my boyfriend ordered the briskett plate and asked for fries as his side, he was told to choose another order because they were ""running low"". Well, they werent about to close, why they couldnt make more fries is just beyond me! I ordered the chicken strip meal. We were in that drive through for FORTY MINUTES. When we FINALLY got to the window, we didnt get a ""sorry for the wait"" or ""thank you for being so patient"", oh no, she was as rude as they people that work there ever are. When we got home, I saw that I had, I swear, no more than 10 french fries in my meal. In that forty minutes, they could have easily made MORE fries. They jipped me of a chicken strip and I didnt get my gravy and of course, the tea was lousy. My boyfriends briskett was downright disgusting, it was like a plate full of fat. I called them and told them exactly what I thought of their food and their service and I promised I would never ever return to that particular location. I havent eaten at any of the other Bill Miller's in Austin, so I can't say anything about them, but if you are ever in San Antonio, stop by a BIll Miller's there and see just how great their food really can be. Pros: Nothing. Even the location is horrible! Cons: Everything, this place should be shut down.. seriously. more
