Excessive testing, vet wouldn't speak to me when I had legit questions. Staff in reception would go back and forth with relayed information. When I call, I am on hold for extended periods of time after speaking with a tech. Vet will NOT take 5 minutes to speak with me. Went to Banfield for 2nd opinion, received excellent care for half the money and time! All questions answered, received diagnosis, all is now good.
Pros: Pet didn't die
Cons: Everything but reception girl (friendly)
