Wow never had any problem with this store until tonight. I felt I was treated as a theif or something. I went to EXCHANGE, EXCHANGE NOT RETURN a bombshell bra AND I HAD THE RECEIPT because first let me tell you I have like 5 of these bras in a 34D and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, the one i wanted to exchange was because the bra where the hook was inserted was completely ripped. Sometimes if you don't hook it in correctly the hook will come undone and the strap will be loose, so I wore this bra ONE TIME and I was getting ready for my day and noticed the strap was loose so i asked my husband to put the hook back in, he was not able too obviously, and he told me the part where you hook it into was messed up, and i was like there is no way this is like a BRAND NEW BRA how is that possible, so i found my receipt and read the back and it says within 90 days with receipt unworn OR defective, and so I thought ok cool i can just exchange it no problem, it is just defective, in being that I WORE IT JUST ONE TIME! WRONG! So i go in the store thinking it will be a simple exchange and they would be telling me sorry b/c that is what stores SHOULD DO when they have faulty merchandise especially when you spend good money on that merchandise and I WOULD KNOW BECAUSE I WORK AT A STORE THERE AT BAYBROOK MALL AS WELL, WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY! So the girl at the counter already has an attitude and calls the manager who comes and looks at me like im crazy and starts inspecting the bra, then the girl is like it has a stain on it ( I get ready in my bra and shorts, like brush my teeth and wash my face, the stain was from when i was brushing my teeth) and I GO YEAH I WAS WEARING IT AND IT BROKE, it was not like i was trying to act like i was bringing in a unworn bra, obviously since the tags are off, trying to get my money back or anything, then he calls a girl to come do my measurements in front of everybody at the checkout counter, and she asks me what bra im wearing and i told her the same one i am exchanging and she tells me i should be a 34DD not a 34D so the man gives me an attitude and says he will give me the bra just this ONE TIME AND IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN HE WILL NOT LET ME EXCHANGE IT, he said the reason this happened was because I AM WEARING THE WRONG SIZE, (YEAH OK MY BOOBS ARE SO HUGE THEY RIPPED THE BRA, YEAH LET ME TELL YOU, I WISH THAT WAS MY PROBLEM) and then he told me that the bra i was exchanging was not defective because their defective bras are not like that, and im just standing there thinking I HAVE 5 OF THESE BRAS IN A 34D AT HOME AND THIS HAVE NEVER HAPPENED why am i being treated like a freakin thief here, why am i receiving this attitude, if someone came into the shoe store i worked at and said they were wearing our shoes and the heel broke or a strap broke and they had the receipt and the shoes didn't look like they had shown wear and tear then obviously our product was messed up AND THAT IS OUR PROBLEM, YOU APOLOGIZE TO THE CUSTOMER B/C the quality of your product was not how it should be, and we would kindly apologize and either exchange or give them a refund depending on the receipt. I felt i was treated so unfairly and poorly, then once the manager walks away the girl behind the register starts laughing and with a smirk tells me ""to have a nice day"", oh yeah really so i reached over the counter and snatched my bag. i really wanted to reach over the counter and slap that smirk off her face. And the manager that works there is probably mad cause ""HE"" is a grown man working at a WOMAN'S RETAIL STORE. Yeah i would be mad at the world too. They need to work on training their employees better than that! That's ridiculous! No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment. I am going to call the hotline and complain even though i know it's a waste, i'm sure, but this is how mad they made me! If your returning something watch out, I hope you don't have your head bitten off like i did.
