this company has too many excuses. my husband, me and my 14 month old baby have been waiting for over 2 weeks for Ace to come to our home and fix our ac. Even though I did tel we have a baby in the home she didnt seem to compassionate. Keeping this short, Ace has bad customer service. Pros: none right now Cons: excuses excuses more

I took off work to be home for the 12-5 window ACE provided for emergency reair on my A/C. COme 4:30 no sign of them, so I called their office and was told that the tech was running late and would be there but it would be after 5:00. 6:00 comes around and still no tech so I tried to call them again but of course the office is now closed. I called American Home Shield and they were able to reach a dispatch manager who was going to contact the tech and then call me with status. One hour later still no call, so I called AHS again and they contacted the manager again and was told they would not be able to make it but they could the next morning. AHS tried to find another company to make it out that night but couldn't. So I had them schedule for the next day with another company (NOT ACE). In the mean, time my house temp is 90 degrees with no real relief in sight, until the ext day. This is the second time that I have had an issue with ACE. I would avoid at all costs!!!! Pros: NONE!!! These people came to ""fix"" my a.c. back in June. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out and they would call at the last minute and say they couldn't show because their technician ""called in sick."" Lo and behold, my a.c. went out again and another air conditioning person came to look at it. ACE disconnected the heating unit, pulled out all kinds of wires from a circuit board. Guess what? Now I have to replace the entire thing!!!!!!!!! These people are totally and completely incompetent. I hope they go bankrupt!!!!!!!! Cons: Ruined my HVAC System!!!!!!!!! more
