I went in with a picture and enough hair to do the haircut that i asked for. i had grown my hair out a bit to get this hairstyle and know for a fact that i had enough hair. i asked for an angled bob type hair cut, she gave me a chin length bob. no angle. and when i saw it i told the lady that it didn't look like the picture, she said she wished that she could look like a picture too. now i'm not delusional, i know that i don't look like the girl in the picture but i bring in a picture of a haircut i expect to get that haircut. then she insisted that she gave me the haircut and suggested that i go home and straighten my hair. i was upset and did this. she had cut my hair at least 2 1/2 inches shorter than she should have. now this doesnt sound like a lot, but to a woman with short hair a couple inches means a lot. so to sum it up, messed up my hair and then was rude about it.
Pros: decent haircut though not what i asked for
