Bought a Mazda 3 in 2008, and had them add a wing thinking they would stand behind (rather than a much cheaper aftermarket route). As the 3 year warranty was expiring, and with a garage kept vehicle, that wing paint was obviously failiing. They did not want to know me, and gave me the old ""that would be out of my pocket"" song-and-dance. Said they only cover accessories for two years - - when any other decent body shop in Houston will give lifetime warranties on paint/body work. If they can't get Mazda to pay, forget it. Said the would escalate to Region Rep, but suspected they would never follow-up - - and they didn't. Dishonest shop.
