I went through the drivethru at this Burger King with my two kids right before the lunch rush started. Usually I'm pretty good about checking my order before I even pull away from the window but, because there were a few cars behind me I decided to pull up. I pulled off to the side and realized that our fries were missing. I understand that mistakes are made. No big deal. I go inside, explain to the youg man at the counter, he hands me fries. Fine. I get all the way home (only about ten minutes away) to find that I'm missing the 3 pies that I ordered. I decieded to drive back because the kids really want their pies (3 and 8 year olds). This time I ask to speak to the manager because I don't feel that I should have to double and triple check my order everytime I order food. When the manager came to talk to me I was pretty calm, my tone hadn't changed any. I told him that this was my third time there and that I didn't get my entire order. Instead of apoligizing and offering me a fefund or at least my pies, he looked me in my face and said ""I doubt that"". Thinking that maybe I heard him incorrectly, I repeated what he said and asked him if he was suggesting that I was lying. (at this point my tone did change). He stood there with a dumb look on his face realizing that he had just messed up. Without saying another word to me, (still no apology) he took 3 pies out of the freezer below, put them in a bag, and handed it to me. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! And yes, I did call the customer service number.
