Awful food..horrible flavor..all tasted like frozen dinner...My stuffed chicken was like chewing on a rubber shoe...Ice Tea tasted like water at best...Jack in the box is fine dining compared to this souless ...end of the line ..wrong turn...which fits in well in it's neighborhood...Only positive was my beautiful Russian? waitress...but even she won't get me to return to this or ANY other OG....Almost forgot the OVERPOWERING stench of garbage that greets you in the back parking lot and follows you all the way to the door...Nuff said...AVOID\r more

Stinky 11/28/2010

I every time i go here it always smells like mildew. Terrible service is also a factor. I once waited 2 hours for crappy food that my two year cousin could have made. I would have rather eaten my throw up than this food. The smell just makes the experience ten times worse. more

Disappointing 1/12/2010

My family visited this location today for a late lunch. The hostess was very nice and gave us a wait of 30 minutes, but it was much shorter, which was very nice since they were pretty busy. The restaurant was fairly clean. The waitress took our drink orders quickly. When she returned with the drinks and breadsticks she was a little abrasive. She slid the rolls across the table and practically knocked my drink over. I could tell she was stressed and after observing her I knew why, she was waiting on about 6-8 tables, maybe more. Anyway, we ordered our lunch and it came in a timely manner but the lasagna was less than desireable. The soup, salad and spaghetti was okay. we told the waitress about the lasagna and she did take it off the bill. we noticed the manager walking around ask other tables how there meal was, but never made it to ours. So our overall experience was disappointing. We will give them another chance as my daughter loves The Olive Garden! My suggestion would be to give waitresses less tables. more

loved it 2/13/2006

loved it everthing was great the food the mood the service the prices me and my husband went there for our one year wedding ann. and i was 7 months preg. at the time and they made sure i had a comfortable place to sit while i waited for our table and we were seated very quickly our food was brought out very quickly and the waitress didnt keep bothering us through our meal like at some places with the younger waitresses and she brought us to go boxes without bieng asked and when we wanted to take home breadsticks (my favorite) she got us a fresh baked batch t otake home with us. it was a wonderfull experience then i went home to my almost 2 yr old and things went back to bieng crazy lol. Pros: inexpensive, good service, great food more

Service SUCKS! 9/3/2002

My family and I visited OG last night for the never ending pasta bowl and walked away dissappointed again. I don't think I have ever had good service there and walk away every time saying I will never come back. My husband and I ordered the never ending pasta bowl, it took 30 minutes to still get our food and this was at 5pm. It was not busy and all they had to do was put the sauce on the pasta. Viola! Not hard! I asked the hostess for a comment card and she said they didn't have any to speak with the manager who was standing right there and didn't acknowledge my request for a comment card. I don't think I will be returning to OG again! Cons: horrible service, slow more
