My entire office ordered a meal from Greenspark Deli, which consisted of Hamburger Baskets and Chicken Sandwiches. One of the sandwiches had a caterpillar on it. We called and the manager did not want to take the food back and give us a refund so we decided to go back to Greenspark Deli in person. Once we got there he still did not want to refund our money. So we asked for their license number so that we could file a complaint with the Board of Health. At that time he called the owner and decided to give us a refund, but still charged us for the sodas. There was no apology or anything. He was mad because we did not want to eat the food after we discovered the insects, because he said that he eats insects so he didn't see anything wrong with it.
