Gregs pools were sent out by AHS to take care of a problem with my pool. With only a few seconds diagnosis, he stated that there was serious electrical problems that caused the timer to fail and the entire main circuit box and lines would have to be replaced. I had a licensed electrician come out and do a full inspection of the system, and he stated that there were no problems with the electrical hookup, but rather the timer had failed. When this was told to Gregs, then he said he didnt have a license to perform electrical work in my city. How does a pool service company not have a license to do a simple timer replacement. I ended up calling Reeds Pools, who replaced the timer in less than 30 minutes with no problems. Gregs pools does NOT return calls, does NOT show up at the promised times, is completely ignorant in his knowlege of pool service, is rude, and just another corrupt contractor for AHS.
