I decided to visit this location before work one Sunday. I had some time before I had to be at work. I ordered two items at the drive through window. One item was to be beef, the other chicken. When I drove up to the window the clerk took my debit card and charged me. She then said to drive up to the next window. When I drove forward I discovered that there was NO next window. It had been sealed off for a while, seemed like. She never told me to wait, or anything.. just ""drive forward to the next window"". I then had to go back through the drive through line (I could not go inside and discuss it because guess what? No parking!) I waited for another 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get my food. When I received my food I discovered that the taco was beef like it was supposed to be, but my chicken pupusa (as I ordered it) was beef. I paid almost $5.00 for this?! And this is not the first problem I've had with TC, but another location. Calls to corporate office are futile and empty promises are made of ""the manager will call you"". Its been almost a month and they've not done a cotton picking thing. Taco Cabana, you're horrible!
