Amazing Experience with Prestige-As I am hard to please. 12/1/2011

I must say I had the best experience with Prestige. They were up front and honest with the repair work on my BMW M6. I am very particular about who works on my car and very hard to please as well, but Prestige by far exceeded all of my expectations. I was given the run around by the first body shop for a month while my car sat, untouched. I was then referred to Prestige and once my car was towed it was repaired in about a week. The paint and body work was amazing. Prestige took care of every picky request that I had and with no gripe about any of it. They are very professional and the women in the front were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The owner, Ibrahim, was very professional as well and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. I will do business with them again and have definitely referred them to others. more

Like getting the runaround? Try Prestige! 10/21/2011

If you like getting the runaround, want to be dissatisfied, like having to wait a month for 2 weeks of work, and want to be treated like a pain in the @$$ then this place is the place for you! Oh ya! I almost forgot! If you want to go to a place that can't fix it the first time then this place is most definitely for you! My advice? Stay far away from Prestige Collision. Sincerely, a very unhappy camper. more

Great Experience with Prestige 11/3/2010

I have used Prestige Collision on many occasions from fixing small dings to a complete front end. Everything was repaired perfectly and looked and drove like it was right from the factory. I have also sent many of my friends there as well as my family. The staff are always very professional and attentive. They performed all the quoted services on time and within the quoted price. I would highly recommend using Prestige Collision over any other repair center. more

Great experience 3/22/2010

I've heard great reviews about this shop thanks to what I read here. Its pretty close to my house so I took my vehicle that was badly damaged to them, the people there are very knowledgeable and nice. I was pleased with the work they did in such short amount of time. They make sure you walk out happy. I recommend them. more

Great service, amazing staff. I have gone to many body shops throughout my years in Houston but Prestige Collision was by far the most classiest and well organized. They fixed my car within a week. A GREAT BUSINESS!!! 3/15/2010

took my mom's car in for a bumper repair, thinking we would have to replace and paint the whole bumper. they were albe to fix the existing bumper, saving mom over $400.00! extremely friendly and knowledgable staff, and they won't rip you off. i will go to this body shop for all future needs. wish i had discovered this place a lot sooner! Very Professional 2/14/2010

I had a car accident and a friend gave me Prestige number and I received a rental car in the next hour. They took care of the ugly bumb and all the extra scratches. I received my car and it looked like a brand new car. no complaints Pros: looks like a brand new car more

Quality Service, Quick Response 12/24/2009

I'm very happy with Prestige. They fixed my car in a very short period and even offered to give me a car to drive while mine was being repaired. This collision center goes above and beyond by offering additional services to make a ""repair"" much easier and less of a hassle. Had a really good experience with Prestige 9/17/2009

i was involved in an accident in my 2008 F-250 back in june. Unfortuantly this wasnt my first accident, but after a really bad experience at the dealership, i decided to try another option. A friend recommended Prestige as he'd had his car fixed there in the past. The staff there was very friendly and very helpful. I bought my truck for work, and they were understanding of that and gave me a loaner truck to drive. They called and gave me updates on the status of my truck, and when it was done, i went and looked at it and it looked as if nothing ever happened. they even detailed the inside of the truck. 2 weeks after i picked my truck up, my sister was invovled in an accident in her car. Same experience. I would reccommend Prestige to anyone. Pros: great staff, great work more

Prestige Rocks 9/10/2009

I am a college student and I got into a horrible accident. From the time I walked into Prestige up to the time I walked out, everyone made me feel so comfortable, like family. I was baffled as to what to do , i had never been in an accident. They guided me through the process and made it so easy. When I first got there they offered me something to drink and were very concerned with my welfare. They made me feel everything would be alright. When I picked up my car, it was so beautiful. Like brand new. They even did extra stuff like, buff out some scratches, and detail my car in and out. Thank you everyone at Prestige, I will recommend you to everyone and would never dream of going any where else if something should happen again. Pros: sweetest staff, great work, helped me through everything more

Prestige Collision is the BEST 9/10/2009

I will never fix my car anywhere other than Prestige Collision. They make me feel like family when Im there. They have one of the best warranties I've ever seen. I dont agree with the 2 other reviews, I cannot believe they could have had such a horrible experience with such a good company. Unless they themselves are the unprofessional idiots. Probably wanted money for their pocket. Prestige Collision has always been there for me not just for collision repair but emergency tows in the middle of the night. They make sure that the vehicle is just like it was prior to the accident. Pros: friendly professional excellent work and great warranty more

FRAUDS...STAY FAR AWAY FROM PRESTIGE!!!!! 7/31/2009

***This is an ammendment to my orginal review below from July 2009. After Prestige was investigated for fraud, etc. They were ordered to reimburse my insurance company for their fraudulent charges (over $1,000) and received MULTIPLE citations!! The tow truck driver involved was also suspended. I was so grateful that they didn't get away with all that, which I only have the Houston police and my insurance agency to thank. I still would not recommend Prestige to even my worst enemy. It is as simple as this...if you want HONEST work, do NOT go to Prestige. Thanks and good luck to all. \r \r I have never been taken such advantage of by a ""professional"" business. They lied to me & FORGED my paperwork in order to make additional money by claiming fraudulent charges for something that wasn't done. They actually changed information on my paperwork after I signed the forms & had left the facility. Do NOT trust these people!!! They should be ashamed of themselves...including the way they dress. It is completely unprofessional, unless you consider bras appropriate attire for a place of business. I completely agree with the first review. In fact, I am 100% positive someone that works at Prestige wrote the only good review that is shown. I have never posted an online review before, but I feel so strongly about this issue that I felt I had to voice my concerns. I do not want anyone else to be subjected to the rudeness, lies, and thievery of these so called ""business people"". Please trust me; I only want to help others, because no one deserves to be treated the way I was (except maybe Prestige). I am CERTAIN they forgot to look up the definition of prestigious before naming their company. I don't believe they even deserve ONE star; however, a rating is required in order to post this. BEST CAR WORK DONE 6/16/2009

I've brought my car more than once to Prestige due to small fender benders, a hit&run accident, and a major accident I was involved in. The reviewer below, is writing complete and utter Bull$hit!! The workers there took care of me and my car, they did an excellent job. The paint job on it was a beautiful match. My hood and door was beautifully repaired. My car drives wonderfully. I have no problems with it at all, and not only that, but I also got a lifetime warranty on their work as well. I left my radar detector, chargers, CDs, and other things in my car each time I left it there. And NOTHING has came up missing. I think it's a tiny bit absurd that the people who work at a body shop, who work with Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Ferarris, etc and other nice cars, would want to 'take' a radar and chargers out of your car when it seems that they would easily be able to afford it, given the different clientele they work with. And besides, why would you leave $300 in cash in your car? Anyone could break in and steal that in addition to the radar. The insurance company worked quickly with them to have my car repaired. They were timely, and thorough, and I even recieved a free rental to drive to work in!! My car is an 05, and drives smoothly. I recommend Prestige to everyone, and I have referred my friends and family to take their cars there as well. Pros: everything was done exactly how it was promised Cons: nothing! more

THIEVES AND IDIOTS! 1/27/2009

No matter what you have geard, do not take your car here!! They did a terrible job repairing the car; paint was mismatched, didn't pair all the damaged spots, didn't fix the window which I was charged for; and they made my alignment terrible. (Car vibrates and shakes when in a stopped position. Aside from all of that they stole my radar detector, $300 dollars, everything from my glove box, my ipod charger, and change. Filed a police report but nothing done about it. They were shut down once for fraud and investigated for insurance fraud. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Pros: Nothing Cons: They steal your stuff, take their time, and can't fix a car! more
