I recommend going some where else if you're getting contacts. I have never had a bad time at an eye doctor, but this was horrible. I went in for the first time and got half way through my appointment and some how my folder got lost on a desk so I was there over 3 hours while employees just walked past me. I ordered the same brand that I had been wearing. Well it took close to 2 months to come in when they told me 1-2 weeks. I had to call back multiple times to get a response. I picked up the contacts and tried to wear them and they hurt really bad. He had changed one of the measurements by a big amount. I went back in and they reordered another pair of contacts. During that visit they put me in the back room and it had icky water marks on the wall and a q-tip just laying on the floor. That pair of contacts took close to the same amount of time to come in and I called the office and they gave me the usual we'll call you back deal, we have to go through the shipment, or we're getting a shipment tomorrow. Basically, the same excuses as before. Nothing really changed til I e-mailed the customer service at the main TSO website. Then, everyone really got everything together. They had to express ship my contact order - I'm not sure what went on with the processing or if they never got ordered to begin with. That pair finally worked out. A simple check up and ordering the same brand of contact has now taken 6 months. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
