My hubby and I eat at Fuddruckers once in awhile, but when we do, we're never disappointed at all. The decor has always appealed to us. Right when you walk up, we're usually greeted by the cashier on duty, and he/she is always a pleasure to deal with. They do exactly what it is they are supposed to do. Their food is outstanding. Burgers are their specialty here, and they seem to do it up just right, at least we've never had a problem. The meat is always well cooked. The fixins bar always looks fresh and bountiful. We always leave this place with a smile and a full tummy! Thank you to your employees who provide excellent service, and for the cooks who make delectable creations! We can't wait to come back! Fudruckers has the best hamburgers in town! However, the service at this location completely sucks. I went with a couple of friends once and we went halfway through our meal before they added ice in the machine, so we went without having a drink. It took them forever to refill the ice. Another time, the mayo ran out, so I told someone who worked there, and they didn't do anything about it. Our food came out, and then I finally got up to tell someone else, and they made an announcement about it, but it took another 10 mins to refill the mayo. This place sucks for service.
