In response to the comments left on this website, we would like to add that the issue with CJHUFF was a manufacturer defect. The day after the installation was completed and the issues were noticed, we had the owner out to inspect (we have documentation to prove this) and ordered replacement material at our own cost so that the Huffs would not be inconvenienced further by having to wait for a manufacturer's inspection. This was all done at no additional cost to the customer. \r
While we appreciate the inconvenience to the customer, this was an issue out of our direct control and we tried to handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. After being in business since 1978, running 5 installation crews, and almost 50,000 installations, we feel that we do an exceptional job of handling the needs of our customers. We certainly cannot make everyone happy, especially if they are being directly fraudulent in what they are reporting.
