Their rep came to the house; listened to what we wanted; gave suggestions; prepared a very detailed bid; the crew showed up on time and did the work as agreed. Just a word of praise for the two men working here representing your company. Three days of very adverse conditions. Roof work, temperatures in the 90?s, heavy material up and down the ladders, rain, and a complete clean up when the work was completed. I do not have tell you that good workers are very hard to find. more

I am in my 70?s and last week was the first time in my life I ever hired someone to help me out with repairs to my home. You were chosen as we had seen our equipment in our subdivision a couple of times and repeat business is a great advertisement. Your Company did an excellent job and my wife and I are very satisfied. This is a testament to the FANASTIC JOB that was done by Anderson Remodeling. Robert Anderson works with you every step of the way, we were very impressed with Robert?s extensive knowledge of Hardiplank and its different applications. We especially liked that while he assisted us, he was never pushy allowing us to make our own final decisions on the hardi plank, the window trim and the final colors of our paint, and gave us time to change our mind on our paint colors. We never felt rushed and I liked that he does not talk you into things you?re not ready for. Although, if they come across something on the job that needs replacing, they will call you first or in some cases stop the job till they get a decision on what you want to do. We had three places they replaced, the worst one was a 16 foot 2 X 8 piece of lumber that had extensive damage and the least was a small board behind the gutter, they get approval first form you and never just cover it up so they can hurry to finish the job. ?Denise G. more

Everyone at Anderson Remodeling is always very professional, prompt, polite, and respectful. The crews arrived at 8:00am and worked steadily till 5 every day. I really loved that they are EXTREMELY neat painters and there is NOT ONE DROP of paint anywhere, in any place that it does not belong. There is no other way to say this other than ?my home is painted PERFECTLY. We have more projects planned in the future for Anderson Remodeling. After they have done the first project for you and you call them you will be glad you did, and you will wish that you had found them a lot sooner. PS. We accepted the proposal given to us, which by the way proved very accurate, and on Thursday, October 21, Mr. Hamdan, Sammy, and Angel showed up to begin work. Robert Anderson, owner of Anderson Remodeling, attempted to contact Mr. and Mrs. Van D y k e over the phone to discuss their concerns, but they would not take his calls. more

Anderson used to do professional carpentry/repairwork, but the key word is ""used to."" The estimator completely overestimated the hours and workers necessary to complete my job but still expected full payment. She did not bother itemizing the cost of individual repairs in the beginning. After work was completed a laborer instead of a supervisor, tried to do a walk thru with me, and he shrugged off my concerns regarding an obvious ""patchwork"" ceiling job. You will be lucky if someone named Melissa ever returns your phone calls, bc she is never available for your concerns, but she is available to pick up her payment check. Very bad communication, sloppy work for the price, very long wait time to get on their work schedule--- DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! Cons: overpriced, low quality, don't care more
