ONLY come to this place if you want terrible service and you want to get ripped off tremendously. These people are just looking to have you pay a premium and could care 2cents less about the quality of service they provide. Please look online or for tires look at discount tire because this place is terrible. I went there once and they despise price matching and not to mention how rude their people are. Please for your own sake look else where. more

NO INTEGRITY... asked for quote and when I mentioned I found better price they were not happy. I did not realize they had removed my tire. Found out at the next tire shop Rollo had carelessly forced the nuts in cause damage to the rotor. Showing it to the manager at Rollo's he said I could not prove they did it so they did not have to take responsibility. Cost for new rotor is over $600..guess Rollo's win. more

Had a cracked rim on my 2006 Acura. Bought an OEM rim from Rollos a little over a year ago and today the tire shop told me the old rim had not been replaced but had been welded instead.(My tire was going flat yesterday so I took it in to get patched and that's when they found the ""quick fix"" on my rim) They told me a welded crack on a rim will crack again 99% of the time and should never have been used. I was told by Rollos I was getting an OEM rim and paid $200 for it. Price seemed reasonable as dealer cost on a rim is over $300. Now I know why it was so cheap. And shame on me for not inspecting the replacement wheel BEFORE they put the tire on. You're gambling by giving Rollo's your business. Better inspect EVERYTHING closely before you leave their store. Went to the Richmond location, dropped off some expensive out of production rims to get some cracks fixed. The repairs were completed so on the outside it looks good but I got to see the inside and that's were the craftsmanship took a hike. Metal was ground off from an area away from where they placed the weld making an already thin rim a little thinner. The repair guy was sloppy with the grinder and left gouges. I was so pissed that I contemplated selling my wheels. You know I won't be recommending them to my friends. more

The guy that was helping me was rude! I came in a week early looking for rims and they had some used one that I wanted to get. I came back this week to get them, but was sold.(understandable) A different guy took me to the back lot and showed me their other used rims that they had. I kept on telling them I wanted a few certain one, but he kept on trying to sell me something else that I didn't want to get. In the end he gotten rude and told me that I can't get what I want if I was to buy use and told me that I was wasting his time. I saw bunch of use one that i wantedThey got bunch of different used one but he only direct me to the one he wanted. I can't say the place suck because of this one guy, but they need to set him straight! more

I really enjoyed my experience there the salesman were very knowlegeable and helpful. they also work with you on the prices. You should try them out. Pros: great prices Cons: they take there time but worth it more
