Spent several thousands of dollars on lights. Speed of initial delivery was as promised (4-5 weeks), but many of the lights had small chips scattered throughout. No one inspects the shipment before it gets delivered, so make sure you thoroughly inspect everything ASAP. Replacement parts were extremely slow to arrive and some were chipped again (again, no one inspects these parts before they get shipped to the customer). Telephone customer service is extremely slow and inefficient. The best way to get faster service (i.e., a response within 48hours) is to take the time off work and drive there yourself.
