I called the U-line company to find someone to repair an ice maker. They gave me Seasonal Comfort. That was THREE MONTHS ago. I am still waiting for it to be repaired. It took two weeks before the technician could come out. I had to wait all day for the technician.When he did, he said he fixed it. It was making ice again, but it wasn't cold so the ice melted. I called again for them to come out. It took another two weeks for them to send someone. Again, I waited, and waited, and waited.He came out and said I needed all these parts. He would have to order them. That was A MONTH AGO. Seasonal Comfort called to say the parts were in and they come get the ice maker and take it in for repairs!! I called to find out when they might arrive so I wouldn't have to sit around all day AGAIN. The lady said it would be between 12-2. Well, it is past two and I am still waiting. I am so angry. I doubt I will ever see the machine again if they ever show up to get it. I am stuck with them for the present time because U-line is paying for it (I think). Do not ever use this service if you can avoid it.
