It is interesting to see you hypocrites talking about great customer
service, of which you have NONE.
I bought a hat from you based on repeated efforts by your sales people to talk
me into a 7 and 3/4 size when I needed a 7 and 5/8ths which you never
seemed to have in stock. Then when the hat did not adjust to fit the shape of my head, as you claimed it would, I brought it back and you chiseled out on replacing it with the right size because the ten cent ribbon hat band was missing. JUst a two bit excuse to weasel out of replacing the hat. I was NOT asking for a refund, just the right size.
Shame on you.. you are hypocrites and you lost a good customer. I had spent over a thousand in your store. But not another dime.
