Renowned nutritionist Keith Klein told me about Smart Meals and told me to give it a try. He said it's like healthy lowfat comfort food; meat loaf, chicken parmesean, lasagna, pizza, mexican burritos, etc...however for Keith Klein to approve anything it has to be under 15% - 20% fat. more

I'm Eating like a King and Losing Weight 12/17/2007

I've never been so healthy AND spoiled. It's like having your own personal chef. It's a bit pricy (I spend about $200/week for lunch and dinner and a snack), but it's worth it. (And I could reduce the price significantly by folding in some of my own cooking.) It's wonderful! Pros: Great Food; Great Staff; Healthy & Delicious Cons: I honestly can't think of any cons more

SMARTMEALS ARE AWESOME AND CONVENIENT 1/15/2007

I've been enjoying SmartMeals food for 2 years now. The food is clean and has helped loose about 15 lbs of body fat. I really enjoy Beef Tenderloin, South West Chicken, and various smartraps. more
