This particular BK is on my way to work, so I stop there at least 3 times a week for breakfast. I order the same thing everytime...a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese (no meat). On several occasions I have been given the wrong order...meat has been added. I've returned the next day and explained the mix up and I've been taken care of in a pleasant and professional manner. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. It's never upset me or caused any aggravation. However, on this day, things got very ugly. I'm not even sure what happened. I'm appalled. I drove through and explained that my order had been placed incorrectly and that I received a croissant with cheese and ham. I was asked if I had a receipt. I was not given a receipt. The person I was explaining this to and now taking my order already sounded like her day started off on a sour note. She said there was nothing she could do. I explained I frequented this location and never had a problem before when my order was given to me incorrectly. This person was extremely rude and said, ""there is NOTHING I could do"". I was disappointed but continued with my order. I said then I'll take a croissant with egg and cheese, no meat. She said in a very stern and bothered voice, ""I HEARD YOU!"" at which I said, well someone did not hear me last time. She proceeded to say, ""DON'T GET AN ATTITUDE WITH ME! I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER LAST TIME!"" I drove up to the window and asked to speak to the manager....SHE was the manager (Sonya). Absolutely unexceptable behavior from a leader. I asked for the franchise owner's name and as I drove away, Sonya stuck her head out the drive thru window and yelled ""HAVE A NICE DAY!"" in a very facetious manner. Needless to say, I will be taking my business to Bagel King only a few feet away or McDonald's which is on my way to work as well.
