I dropped of my clothes to be cleaned and so I could have them ready to a dinner party the next evening. I asked them would they be ready by 5? They said by 2. At 2 the next day I showed up and they told me they were behind and to come back at 3. That was fine. I understand things happen.
At 4 I came back and they brought me less than half of my items and told me I would have to wait on the rest until the next day because they had not gotten them done. I was livid. They could have told me that the first time I came or even called me. So now I am an hour and a half until my dinner party with nothing to wear.
I told the girl behind the counter that I would only pay for what was done, and she told me I couldnt. Plus they tried to hide the hole they put in my boyfs sweater and when I showed her she told me it was already there. I accepted that, even though I knew she was lying.
Heres the thing- They did not finish my clothes until 2 days later and she did not call me, offer me a discount for my inconvience or even apologize. Her attitude was, " Pay me anyway I dont care" And the other incompetent counter person was just as bad.
And they arent cheap. With Poor Customer Service like this, how do they stay in business?
Cons: Not Punctal, They lied to me, Unprepared and RUDE
