I must compliment the Designs School of Cosmetology for their remarkable "school", in all aspects of the word.I began my education at an esthetician school in NY (which I will not name) and I came to CA for my fianc's job relocation. At first I was a mess, the school in NY was not helpful at all and when I told them I was moving they treated me as if I was a nuisance. If you cant tell I really hate my last school--but this review is not about that wack school in NY but about my experience at DSC.As soon as I walked in the door I was treated like a person, better yet a student, someone who has potential- everybody from the administration to the owner had treated me with respect and had helped with all my questions and needs. I was in the classroom and learning in no time.Also, the teachers are really nice and very smart, they knew exactly how to put things in ways that I could understand and were very supportive. I have learned so much from this school.I take my test for CA soon and I can truly say that I am prepared and confident... all because of the Design School of Cosmetology!I recommend 100% DSC to everyone and anyone who wishes to follow their dreams! more

I was the first customer here in about January 2007They are a nice clean and friendly beauty school next to Cost Plus in Pleasanton. In the Stoneridge Mall center.Great prices, and the supervisors are right there to be sure the students do the job right. I have been going since they opened.What for specials too. more
