Conroe Air was called out to my house to fix an AC issue at that time the tech and i talked about a cooling issue with the dampers. The tech explained what needed to be done and would have the service manger call me back with an estimate. A few days later the service manger called and said he needed to send another tech out to look at the problem, the tech arrived at my house to look at the issue, he explained the same fix as the first tech did and said the service manager would call me with an estimate. After weeks of me calling them for the estimate, I finally called on another AC company to have my problem fixed. I received a bill from Conroe Air 2 months after their last trip out, I called in saying I was not paying the trip charge bill and that I never even received the estimate.
STAY AWAY from this company. Poor customer service and not very experienced techs.
