Dr Najafi and her staff are very pleasant and friendly. She is very concerned about her patient's teeth and wants the best for each patient, long-term. She explains everything that she is going to do before she does it. The insurance lady Angela is very thorough and goes over exactly what every procedure is going to cost. I would recommend her to anyone. more

Got a new patient appointment and asked for x-rays and cleaning. Arrived on time at 8:15 a.m. to find a sign saying they have a morning meeting and will be with me when they are done. Someone showed up at 8:45 and I filled out paperwork. At 9:00 a.m. I was in to get x-rays and the girl clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing. She couldn't get those awful things in my mouth properly (they hurt). Definitely don't have new equipment. Then she even forgot to turn the machine on! She said we'd have to do this 17 times! I said forget it. I just want to get my teeth cleaned. Waited and another girl came in to say that they couldn't get to my teeth cleaning today. I was so frustrated that I left. I called back to talk to the Dr. and left a message. She never even bothered to call me back. I won't be back and it's sad because I live so close. more
