Vietnam's Pearl is an old stand-by in our family. Not because it's convenient (which it is), not because it's fast (which it isn't most of the time), and not because the service is good (which it is). It's simply because it's the best Vietnamese food in town and we like Vietnamese as an alternative to the plethora of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese in Seattle. We usually take-out rather than eat-in but both experiences are reliably terrific. If you have a hankering for Vietnamese, head to The Pearl.
