On my way in, today, I greated a representative that was helping someone carry a package outside... no response. As I walked in the business, I received no greeting either. As I looked around for my son's t-ball pants and belt I was not assisted at all. Even as the salesman that I originally spoke to came in from helping someone from outside, there was no greeting or inquiry of me needing assistance. As I hunted for my son's belt, he walked right past me. Once I found what I needed, I waited at the register for about 5 minutes without any help. Needless to say, those Items were left at the counter. I was reluctant about going there in the first place, and due to the lack of customer service I will NEVER return. Marshall is growing and they need to get out of the small time frame of mind that there is only one place to receive sports equipment in this area. My business will be taken to Hibbett Sports from this point on. I bought his first pair of pants there along with socks and his other equipment. I just thought that I'd give the local store a try. Never again. I will follow my first mind from this point on. I have been greeted each and every time I've entered Hibbett's and have gotten what I needed quickly with assistance from their salesmen. The only way ETSC will have any of my $$ if it's trickeled in from the baseball association or school for screen printing.
