I purchased my President's Selection Lady Liberty double pillow top queen mattress with 805 coils from a dealer in Lewisville off of I35E North for $500 total less than 4 years ago. The mattress has a 10 yr pro-rated life warranty, and I have since followed the instructions provided for full cycle rotation and turning instructions for maximum satisfaction, however the middle of my mattress has a large dip. I am a single mom of 2 small kids and I am not a large person by any means so this is worries me....I have been trying to get in touch with them but it rings for over 7 minutes before you are disconnected. I have not been able to get through to discuss this matter with ANYONE from the company. This is extremely frustrating! I have neck and back problems, especially my lower back L4 & 5 which are herniated and the mattress is not providing the optimal support promised. If anyone has any advise please advise. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and possibly filing a claim with the small claims court if this matter is not resolved promptly!
