This is horrible place to live. If you are looking for a community that you can depend on, this is not it! After living at Post Oak Place for a little less than 2 years, it is a disappointment. Staff is unfriendly after the move in and NOT helpful in emergency situations. 1st month @ move in I had a flood & they put me in a filthy apartment that night. The next day I had to call a lawyer to help me with the manager in telling her that I did have rights. She finally hesitated to put me up in an apartment. After 2 weeks, she kicked me out & told me to go back to my original apartment without notice. Things STILL had not been completely repaired. She didn't even let maintenance help in move my king size bed or furniture. Now less then 2 years here, I have had problems with mold. They finally decided to cut into the sheetrock and replace it. I am having trouble with over flowing in my kitchen sink. The smell is horrible and makes my stomach turn. The property personnel is not allowed to give me Milestone Mgmt # to make a complaint on the property. The property manager had 2 be paged & she is still not allowing them to give me that # . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SINGLE OR FAMILY WISE!!! O did I mention that I have an asthmatic daughter. They know this still DON'T CARE. Besides rent & bills I still have to find a place to live when things go wrong here.
