Auto Doctor

I brought in my classic Mustang for them to do some repairs that were simply above my head. I know quite a bit and have done a lot myself, but I hit a wall. They talked to me in technical terms since I was not a novice. I was really impressed!! I have decided to let them do more on the car than originally planned so I can get her out to the car shows faster than I planned. Boy, am I glad my neighbor told me about them! Discovered this place 2 years ago and have taken both cars there since, they know what they are doing and don't try to gouge you, its further from the home (about a 20 minute drive) than a lot of other places but those closer to home that we have tried just don't hold up to the quality that we get from Auto Doctor ... they even help with questions over the phone .. only draw back wish they were open on Saturday more

I have had problems with auto shops that overcharge and do poor work. I never write reviews but you have to know that the people at Auto Doctor have consistently done excellent work for me for over 5 years on my many vehicles. I have always felt like they care about me and my car. They explain every service in terms I can understand and have been totally honest. I knew I would never go anywhere else when I thought I needed a bunch of work on my car and they explained to me that it was a much less severe and less costly problem that they fixed in short order. The folks at Auto Doctor really know their business. I had taken my Jaguar to the dealership 3 times over a period of about a year to repair the same problem. My truck HAS to work because I have horses to haul. The fuel pump went out and they were great. They gave me a ride to work, coordinated everything with me between my appointments and had it ready as promised. We discussed the maintenance that comes up next and it is nice to have a heads up.I told a friend about them afterward and she had used them and was raving about them too. As a female, I like going to Auto Doctor because I am comfortable that the repairs or maintenance provided are necessary for my vehicle. They don't oversell by telling me that I need everything maintenanced. I also like the fact that the owner is also female. The shop is very clean, and they provide a shuttle service to work if you are dropping off your car and are in need of a ride. more
