We purchased: Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and stove. So far, fridge, icemaker, stove, and washer have all failed within the first 6 months. Multiple different brands so I could not reccomend one over the other. Johnsons is very nice at telling you they will get it fixed. They outsource to another company - budget repair I think, who can take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to repair your brand new appliances. They are very, and I stress very, difficult to get a hold of on the phone. Johnsons has always been friendly about it but has not really worked to get the problems fixed. They just smile and say sorry, but, I hear "ha, ha we got your money now! " Sorry, I am a bit bitter after the second brand new applicane stopped working. You can imagine what I think going on the fourth and they are saying it will be several weeks before they can look at it, several weeks to order the part, and they reschedule to fix it. Save your self the headache. I believe in supporting the local economy but I strongly reccomend to everyone to shop elsewhere as my experience has been bad and now I am bitter. Good luck.
