Two watches taken in for repair ESTIMATES in mid-September 2011. Today's date is 12-27-11.... no word on either item.
Have followed up TWICE with store staff, once by telephone, once in person. Both times assured by employee that we will receive status or return of watches; last week, received an unsolicited call by a different store employee that the 'owner' has been away and difficult to contact. At this point, both watches are MIA. Have also been told watch repair employee is no longer with the company. Perhaps he/she has our items?
My next course of action will be to file a theft report with the Arlington Police Dept and see if that expedites the return of our property. At least these were not Rolexes.
